Please call us or e-mail us within 7 days of receipt with specific questions, comments, or concerns regarding your order. We will go to any reasonable length to ensure you are pleased with your ExceptionalSheets.com experience.
Please note: This does not apply to returns due to customer error or change in preference. (i.e. Ordering an incorrect size or color by accident)
We will do everything we can to make sure returning your product is not necessary. However, sometimes it just makes the most sense.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please call or e-mail us to obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Items must be in their original package.
When appropriate, we are more than happy to exchange items for other sizes and/or colors. However, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and the returned product cannot be opened or used.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that is used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are special ordered are not refundable.
Note: Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit.
